Australia’s favourite celebrity Spanish-born chef, Miguel Maestre has released his range of traditional Spanish cakes based on Miguel’s mother’s recipes.

The first 3 cake variants are:

• Spanish Orange Syrup Cake – traditionally from the South of Spain – made with Australian oranges – a moist orange cake, with a sweet and tangy flavour, glazed with orange syrup – 900gm
• Basque Burnt Cheesecake – a traditional Spanish Burnt Cheesecake, traditionally from the Basque region of Spain – 1kg
• Almond And Chocolate Chip Tart – a Spanish Almond Tart from the region of Galicia – with chocolate chips, orange zest on a shortcrust pastry dusted finely in powdered sugar – 600gm
