The full-bodied texture of intense roughness of Al Bronzo pasta comes from Barilla’s special raw bronze processing “lavorazione grezza” that traces a fine pattern of micro-engravings on to the pasta surface, thanks to its tiny threads. The result is a pasta which generously captures your favourite sauce and ensures perfect cooking.

  • Al Bronzo Spaghetti– this hero cut has been made even more iconic thanks to a generous thickness.
  • Al Bronzo Linguine – designed so that their thickness guarantees a full-bodied and robust texture.
  • Al Bronzo Penne Rigate – a classic hero cut, has been redesigned to better the strength of the pasta and the versatility of its usage.
  • Al Bronzo Fusilli – the main feature of this cut is the curvature; the winding draws a specific profile characterised by movement. Fusilli’s special twist gives elasticity to the cut and, together with a rough surface, creates a unique tasting experience.
