Birds Eye have added two new variants to their frozen vegetable rice range –  Birds Eye’s vegetable rice range is an easy solution to reducing carbohydrate intake, which can be substituted into a variety of meals from fried rice, risotto or salad.

• Can be Pan Fried, Steamed or Baked

The 2 new variants are:

• Broccoli & Cauliflower – Contains 95% less carbs and 85% fewer kilojoules than cooked white rice, HSR: 5
• Sweet Potato – Contains 65% less carbs and 60% fewer kilojoules than cooked white rice, HSR: 4.5
