Just like Kehoe’s Kitchen fermentation tanks, the pouches have a one-way fermentation valve in them making them the perfect package for living ferments. They are compact and lightweight, so have lower transport costs and only 29% carbon footprint compared to Kehoe’s Kitchen’s glass jars.
They aren’t fragile so will travel well to picnics, parties, work etc. They’re also lower cost, allowing Kehoe’s to offer a more budget friendly, lower price option for their products.
