  • Stoneground Rustic White Bread Mix – this specialty mix has been specifically created to produce yeast raised stoneground bread products similar to Laucke’s famous Crusty White Bread Mix but with the unique flavour, texture and colour of Stoneground Flour with no added sugar, 2.4kg net, ∼$10.25

  • Golden Brioche Specialty Mix – this indulgent French classic, enriched with whole eggs, boasts a golden crust and sweet, buttery crumb. Ideal for a range of products including loaves, buns and plaits, this mix is especially rewarding for soft and tender hamburger buns, hot dog rolls and as an excellent base for French toast, Panettone and Babka, 1kg net, ∼$6.80

  • Spelt Bread Mix – Spelt is an ancient grain species that is quite different to modern bread wheat; with health and flavour benefits attributed to its unique protein characteristics, vitamins and minerals.
