Take the guesswork out of baking with McKenzie’s new special purpose range – McKenzie’s know that not all flours are the same, so they have created a range of flour blends perfectly suited for different baking and cooking occasions.

Available in 4 variants:

• Pancake Flour – contains a blend of plain (wheat), oat and rice flour to create fluffy pancakes with the goodness of alternative flours – each pack makes approx. 24 pancakes – 400gm
• Cake Flour – contains a blend of low-protein plain (wheat) flour and corn flour to provide the softest and most tender cakes, biscuits and cupcakes – 450gm
• Cookie Flour – contains a blend of plain (wheat), oat and chick pea flour to create wholesome cookies with a boost of protein and fibre – source of protein & fibre – each pack makes approx. 18 cookies – 450gm
• Bread & Pizza Flour – contains a blend of plain (wheat), oat and wholemeal spelt flour to create wholesome breads, pizza bases and focaccias at home – source of protein & fibre – 500gm
